My blog is being written while I have been recovering from my illnesses, therefore it has been influenced adversely by my condition. I apologize in advance for any confusion.

It has been some time since I worked on my children's novel outline.

Yesterday I ordered several books online with one for doing research for my novel having to do with children and sleep. I know the book has at least some of the information I need.

Today I skimmed over some notes, etc. I am having a bit of difficulty starting my outline as I am still trying to figure out what the main character has to do, meaning things like chores. He also does things he likes to do which is relatively easy to figure out.

I still am trying to come up with an appropriate method for developing an outline. I plan to try a new strategy which is only to say I'm not necessarily doing anything other authors have done.

I'm doing much better mentally with my thinking improving, but not cured.

Today I read my picture book manuscript aloud. It wasn't as I expected because I didn't read it as a child might. I am still very mentally ill with paranoid schizophrenia and possibly obsessive-compulsive disorder. When I am alone again, as my sister is home now, I will probably try to read aloud my manuscript again.

I made a few revisions to my picture book manuscript and continued my search for an editor discovering spelling and other errors in the Web sites of many so-called professional editors. Such errors are the misspelling of Web site and e-mail which are important to say the least, of course. I did come across a few who might be accepted. My journey to find a great editor is not done.
