Privacy Statement

My Privacy Statement is designed to assist you in understanding how I collect and use the personal information you provide to me and to assist you in making informed decisions when using my site and my products and services.

What Information Do I Collect?

When you visit my Web site, you may provide me with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and Web site use information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse my Web site.

1. Personal Information You Choose to Provide

Subscription Information

You will provide me information about yourself if you subscribe to my e-mail newsletter, which is voluntary.

E-mail Information

If you choose to correspond with me through e-mail, I may retain the content of your e-mail messages together with your e-mail address and our responses.

2. Web Site Use Information

Similar to other commercial Web sites, my Web site utilizes a standard technology called cookies (see explanation below, What are Cookies?) and Web server logs to collect information about how my Web site is used. Information gathered through cookies and Web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at my Web site and the Web sites visited just before and just after my Web site.

How Do I Use the Information That You Provide to Me?

Broadly speaking, I use personal information for purposes of administering and expanding my business activities, providing customer service and making available other products and services to my customers and prospective customers. Occasionally, I may also use the information I collect to notify you about important changes to my Web site, new services and special offers I think you will find valuable. If you do not wish to receive the above mentioned, please unsubscribe from my e-mail newsletter or e-mail me.

What are Cookies?

A cookie is a very small text document, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier. When you visit a Web site, that site's computer asks your computer for permission to store this file in a part of your hard drive specifically designated for cookies. Each Web site can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser's preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a Web site to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites.

How Do I Use Information I Collect from Cookies?

As you use my Web site, the site uses its cookies to differentiate you from other users. Cookies, in conjunction with my Web server's log files, allow me to calculate the aggregate number of people visiting my Web site and which parts of the site are most popular. This helps me gather feedback in order to constantly improve my Web site and better serve my customers. Cookies do not allow me to gather any personal information about you and I do not store any personal information that you provided to me in your cookies.

Sharing Information With Third Parties

I may enter into alliances, partnerships or other business arrangements with third parties who may be given access to personal information including your name, address, telephone number and e-mail for the purpose of contacting you or sending you my e-mail newsletter. In connection with alliances, partnerships or arrangements, I may also provide certain information to third parties if I have determined that the information will be used in a responsible manner by a responsible third party. For example, I use third parties to facilitate my activities, including, but not limited to, receiving e-mail, sending e-mail and sending my e-mail newsletter.

Notice of New Services and Changes

Occasionally, I may also use the information I collect to notify you about important changes to my Web site, new services and special offers I think you will find valuable. As my customer, you will be given the opportunity to notify me of your desire not to receive these offers by unsubscribing from my e-mail newsletter or by e-mailing me.

How Do I Protect Your Information?

How Do I Secure Information Transmissions?

E-mail is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, I request that you do not send private information to me via e-mail.

How Can You Access and Correct Your Information?

You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that I collect online and maintain in my database by e-mailing me.

Certain Disclosures

I may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or subpoena or if I believe that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law or comply with legal process served on me or affiliated parties; (b) protect and defend my rights and property, my site, the users of my site and/or my affiliated parties; (c) act under circumstances to protect the safety of users of my site, me or third parties.

What About Other Web Sites Linked to My Web Site?

I am not responsible for the practices employed by Web sites linked to or from my Web site nor the information or content contained therein. Often links to other Web sites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to the users of my Web site.

Please remember that when you use a link to go from my Web site to another Web site, my Privacy Statement is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other Web site, including Web sites which have a link on my Web site, is subject to that Web site's own rules and policies. Please read over those rules and policies before proceeding.

Your Consent

By using my Web site, you consent to my collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Statement. If I change my privacy policies and procedures, I will post those changes on my Web site to keep you aware of what information I collect, how I use it and under what circumstances I may disclose it.
